If you choose to use TradeMe's PayNow credit card payment, you don't need to do anything else.  (But please see our Shipping Information page.)

We know there's nothing worse than sitting around waiting for payment details, especially when all you want to do is play with your new toy!  So to speed up the auction process, when an auction finishes, we will send the winner an automatic message to the email address registered with TradeMe. This automatic email means that we get all the boring bits out of the way, and so have more time to answer any questions you may have. :)

This email is usually sent within 10 minutes of the auction ending or offer being accepted.  If you don't receive your email within an hour, please check your SPAM bucket!   If it's not found there, please contact us and we will make sure you receive one as soon as possible.  This email contains a link to our 24/7 checkout where you can get all the details you should need to complete the trade, such as account details, payment references, our contact phone number and other information you might need.

 

If you enter our checkout you can review or fill in your address details and check your order.  This makes sure your order will be couriered out as soon as possible, and to lesson the chances of making a typo or mistake on entering.

Once we have received your payment, we will pack your order and send it out on that afternoon's courier pickup. You will then get an automatic email at 7pm with your tracking number and other contact details for the courier, so you know when the item was dispatched.  You may contact the courier if you have special instructions, or just wish to know when the driver will be in your area. As we specialise in selling on TradeMe, our prices are always very competitive. Our prices are almost always less than you'd find in a retail store, as to sell on TradeMe, you need to sell at TradeMe prices!

We purchase products in bulk directly from manufacturers and distributors around the world. We ship direct to most of our customers, keeping our overheads low.

We realise that only the best products at the best prices will sell on TradeMe, so that's all we do. If it won't sell on TradeMe, we won't sell it.
